Sammy
Vert increase: approx. 3-4 inches in 2 months
Sammy went from barely dunking as a 1 foot jumper to a back scratcher as a 2 foot jumper in just 2 months. He was able to improve his technique with constant coaching and messaging everyday.
Brett
Vert increase: approx. 6-8 inches in 8 months
Brett had a clunky and slow jump technique before GetUP but is now able to transfer his speed into the jump more efficiently. He has also lost 20 lbs and gotten stronger in all of his lifts from the training.
Anthony
Vert increase: approx. 6-8 inches in 5 months
Anthony was barely able to touch the backboard before GetUP but is now able to get half his hand above the rim consistently. He has also PR'd on all of his lifts since joining GetUP.

Tayo is one of the most athletic and genetically gifted athletes I've seen. He's 5'5 and started at around a 45 inch vertical already dunking. After training on GetUP for about 6 months, he's now able to do windmills and 360s.
Ryan

Ryan is 32 years old and 5'8 and has been able to get his first dunk in 10 years while training on GetUP. He has also lost 25+ lbs and is at his vertical PEAK at 32 years of age.

Tony
Vert increase: approx. 5-6 inches in 5 months
Tony is 5'9 and started at a 35 inch vertical only able to touch the rim. After going through his first macrocycle on GetUP, he tested a 40 inch vertical for the first time and can now dunk consistently.

Robin

Robin has dealt with a lot of knee pain prior to GetUP. Now he's jumping around 3-6 inches higher and is dunking consistently WITH EASE at 5'10.

Jorenz has been dealing with a stress fracture that had him out of jumping for a while. It took him 3 months to get health, dunking at 5'6, and jumping around 40+ inches!

Tyler
